As we embark on this journey of interviewing our male allies, we are confident that together we are building a more equitable world—for all people. Each role model is taking 30 minutes of their time to give back and to lead by example. We feature all the stories tnat need to be told AND heard.
Our second male ally is Robert Baker, an allyship specialist, diversity advocate, and leader in inclusive leadership. With over 40 years of experience, Robert has dedicated his work to addressing unconscious bias, promoting mature masculinity, and mentoring men as allies. This conversation is incredibly insightful and impactful, making it a must-listen!
One of our key takeaways thus far is that the focus should not be solely on men or women, but on humanity as a whole, fostering connection, community, maturity, and collaboration. It is immature masculinity that needs to change. We are interconnected and have a unique opportunity to drive change that benefits everyone.
If you know a male ally whom we should feature, please email us.
Continuing to build the largest online library of role models, leading by example to get to 1000+ stories!
Thank you for being here with us!
