True growth, healing, and purpose all start from within. This week, find out just how…
A Circuitous Path
Sonay Weigle is the Founder and CEO of Next Stage BioAdvisors, a consultancy supporting biotech and life sciences companies through critical growth and transition phases. With a career spanning global consulting, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, she brings deep expertise in scaling organisations, talent strategy, and leadership development.
Her work provides fractional C-suite leadership, helping early-stage companies build the right infrastructure, culture, and leadership pipelines, often within focused 90-day sprints.
She is an advocate for intentional career design, supporting senior women in life sciences as they redefine their careers with her latest initiative, the Catalytic Collective. which Her message centers on aligning professional choices with personal values, embracing non-linear paths, and taking ownership of both career and life transitions.
“Your career doesn’t have to follow a straight line; it just has to stay true to your values.”
A Life of Purpose
"The People's Bishop"
Born different, Bishop Kevin Foreman leads with love for people, love for God and a love for life. Raised in Memphis, Tennessee, he began his entrepreneurial journey at just 12 years old and has since built both successful businesses and a global ministry. He is a pastor, author, entrepreneur, and founder of Harvest Church and Harvest Bible College.
Known for his dynamic leadership, he recently relocated his church’s headquarters to Atlanta and continues expanding his impact through teaching, writing, and community-building initiatives.
It is key to live a purpose-driven life, one where true success is measured by the impact we have on others. People need to focus on growth, authenticity, and genuine care in leadership and everyday life. His philosophy centres on continuous self-improvement, competing only with who you were yesterday, and using life experiences as preparation for a greater calling.
Through his ministry, upcoming book History Makers, and entrepreneurial ventures, he continues to inspire others to live intentionally, lead boldly, and make a lasting difference.
Tune in for the ultimate pain to purpose story, connecting spirituality and business to create assets to do good in life, all as part of our WECAN Spiritual/Entrepreneur -series. The only thing we get to leave behind is the impact we make.
“Your life matters most when it makes a difference in someone else’s. You were created to make history.”
Living Mindfully and In Alignment
Effective healing in the modern world goes beyond just prescribing pills, requiring a personalised approach that considers each patient’s unique needs.
Dipa Trivedi is an Osteopath, Craniosacral Therapist, and Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation Teacher (and my little healing ninja, who has helped me immeasurably with my hiatal hernia! ☺).
She transitioned from a career in finance over 20 years ago to pursue her passion for healing. Trained in osteopathy in England, her work blends manual therapy with nervous system-focused practices, drawing on both modern clinical approaches and traditional wellness principles.
To her, success is living happily and being present in the moment, regardless of circumstances, and she would love to be expanding her impact through the NHS by implementing preventative health approaches and developing a rehabilitation centre to provide post-operative care.
What are the simple but powerful things to living a good life?
True healing starts when we are aligned. Remember to find your balance, have a routine, self-regulate, always introspect to overcome challenge and seek the truth.
Every thought shapes your reality and your body, so be very mindful. Gratefulness is key for wellbeing.
“Healing isn’t about fixing one symptom: it’s about understanding the whole person. When we slow down and truly listen to the body, it shows us exactly what it needs to heal.”
You Matter! Always, not just in your good times or good days!
Whose life is better with you in it?
What impact are we creating?
Every now and then, we get given this opportunity to re-evaluate what our role is in making this world a better place, through small or big acts.
When we get inspired by another human, by their story or insights. It’s the nudge we needed to look those questions in the eye and gracefully ask ourselves what the answer could be.
WECAN learn to love people without strings attached, not agreeing on everything and still love them. Today, let’s take a moment to pause, and ask ourselves those questions to potentially re-align. To celebrate ourselves for who we are and what we do - and what we can do even better.
Let’s take ownership of our path, find what excites us and build opportunities around that. WECAN pivot and change our lives and careers in response to real time situations. We show that every week on WECAN.
You can matter in many ways, and we are here for all of it!
I would like to humbly ask our existing WECAN Role Models to refer one person in their proximity to me to record their story with us. Send us one person who would interview with me to feature on WECAN. THANK YOU!
Until next week ~
