Happy International Women’s Week, all you fabulous girls and women – accelerate action and to do that we all need to take up more space. Whatever your purpose or mission is, it is time to laser-focus, think big, take up space and TAKE ACTION.
Given the new world order and the backlash against us, we need to supercharge our missions, and come together. The future is all about collaboration. We need to unite as women and men to fill the gaps and build bridges together. We need to be allies for each other to advance. Men need to make room and women need to take up room.
We will drive the narrative towards unity by changing SHECAN to WECAN and interviewing also men who actively work towards filling the gaps and who sponsor us.
Collaborate to accelerate. The data shows clearly inclusive companies make more money, women at decision-making tables are lucrative, bring more peace and are needed in all spaces for a better outcome.
The well-being of women guarantees a more resilient and successful future generation, and it is in all our interest to make that happen TOGETHER.
We need to listen to women and what they need to succeed.
