At SHECAN we are pivoting to reflect the new world order, dictated by The United States of America, or let’s say the people who seem to lead the USA at the moemnt.
After the Munich Security Conference, we understood that we, as Europe, must build our own table and not wait for a seat at the big boy's table. We need to lead in unity, leave divisions behind, find a big vision among all the European powers and then make decisions to find a way forward. Together.
We need to accelerate our actions and use our voices.
Our leaders need to step it up, they need to lead by taking difficult decisions and they need to think as one and not as each country and hide behind overwhelm, fear or division.
It is time to stand up, believe in ourselves, and lead by example.
How does all this influence SHECAN, and what do we do now?
We are pivoting, as part of building up our media company; and will feature women AND men role models who lead by example, and who show their insights and experiences.
After featuring 500 women role models, we will start including men in the mix to lead with our stories together.
We need to show all the men role models, who work towards greater equality–who close the gaps and build bridges.
If you are one of them, please come forward and tell your story. Please come forward if you have a story that gives us insights into how these changes affect you, and how they affect women and girls/families disproportionately.
We are here to tell all your stories, where you lead by example, to bring about change. There are a lot of topics we need to talk about, and most importantly, we need to show, how we can lead in these times!
